Jake La Botz has turned his life into a story of blues, gospel, and redemption. From his tough upbringing in Chicago, he learned the blues from the last pre-war masters and toured the U.S. with his guitar until he reached Hollywood, where he built a career as an actor. His latest album, Hair on Fire, is pure American gospel-noir. Jake is also an actor and writer, and continues to make his mark in film and literature.
